Security forces have killed three more members of Indian-backed insurgents in Zhob district of Balochistan, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
In a clearance operation conducted near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in the Sambaza area of Zhob district on the night between August 10 and 11, security forces neutralized three additional insurgents. Weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials were also recovered from the deceased.
According to an ISPR statement, between August 7 and 9, security forces had already eliminated 47 insurgents during successful operations in the same area. This brings the total number of insurgents killed in the anti-infiltration operations along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border over four days to 50.
The ISPR emphasized that security forces remain committed to securing the country’s borders and thwarting attempts to sabotage Pakistan’s peace, stability, and development.
