The Balochistan government has extended Section 144 across the province for another 15 days.
According to the notification, the ban includes the display of weapons, pillion riding, and gatherings of more than five people. Covering the face in public has also been prohibited.
Authorities have also restricted vehicles with tinted windows. The government warned that strict legal action will be taken against violators.
Earlier, Section 144 was imposed on August 1 for 15 days. It was later extended on August 16 due to security concerns.
On August 13, the provincial government also restricted the movement of public transport at night. Vehicles are not allowed on highways from 5 pm to 5 am. Companies violating the ban face cancellation of route permits.
