The tri-nation T20 series opener between Pakistan and Afghanistan in Sharjah witnessed chaos as Afghan fans stormed the stadium without tickets.
The incident occurred when a group of fans broke the spectator gate next to the main entrance and forced their way inside.
Pakistan went on to win the match by 39 runs. Batting first, Pakistan scored 182 for 7, with skipper Salman Agha hitting a fine fifty. Afghanistan were bowled out for 143 in reply.
Despite Sharjah Stadium management allocating separate stands, pavilions, and entry routes for Pakistan and Afghanistan supporters, the arrangements failed to prevent disorder.
