Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar said that Pakistan-China friendship is built on trust and strategic alignment.
In a statement, he mentioned that Pakistan presented its viewpoint on CGTN ahead of the SCO summit. He praised Chinese President Xi Jinping’s leadership and initiatives, including the Belt and Road projects.
Ishaq Dar added that the SCO is a key platform in Eurasia for security, trade, energy, and cultural cooperation. He highlighted that the organization’s role in promoting multilateralism, stability, and inclusive development has become increasingly important.
He also expressed anticipation for constructive meetings with Chinese leadership and heads of SCO member states.
