QUETTA: The Balochistan Games 2025 have entered their final stages, with Quetta Division leading the medal tally.
The multi-sport event features athletics, bodybuilding, karate, volleyball, boxing, badminton, cricket, football, and table tennis. Competitions in athletics, bodybuilding, shooting ball, boxing, and table tennis have already concluded. Matches in kickboxing, badminton, cricket, and football are still in progress.
According to the latest points table, Quetta Division tops the standings with six gold and one silver medal, securing 67 points. Loralai Division ranks second with one gold and two silver medals, earning 24 points. Kalat Division follows in third with three bronze medals and 15 points. Zhob and Sibi Divisions share fourth place, each with two silver medals and 14 points. Rakhshan Division holds fifth with two bronze medals and 10 points, while Naseerabad and Makran Divisions are tied in sixth, each with one bronze medal.
The football tournament has reached the semifinal stage. Matches will continue on Sunday, and the closing ceremony is scheduled for Monday.
