Quetta: The Balochistan High Court has launched a Complaint Management System (CMS) to allow citizens to register grievances online, officials confirmed. The initiative comes under the guidance of Chief Justice Rozi Khan Barigh.
The Registrar of the High Court issued a notification announcing that the CMS will enable citizens to lodge complaints from home. The system will ensure that all complaints are addressed promptly.
Officials said the new complaint cell aims to provide transparent and timely justice to the public. Citizens can now submit grievances regarding any court-related matter through the online portal, reducing the need for in-person visits.
The move is part of the High Court’s efforts to modernize operations and improve public access to the judicial system.
