Quetta: Balochistan’s Chief Minister expressed anger during a “Women Empowerment through Economic Opportunities” program held at the CM Secretariat in Quetta.
The event faced repeated power outages and mismanagement, prompting the CM to publicly reprimand the organizers. In a decisive move, he ordered the immediate suspension of the program’s coordinator.
Officials said the program was intended to highlight economic opportunities for women across the province, but logistical failures overshadowed the event. The suspension serves as a warning to other officials about maintaining discipline and efficiency in public programs.
The Chief Minister emphasized that government initiatives must run smoothly, especially those aimed at empowering women, and that accountability would be enforced at all levels.
