Quetta: The Special Judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Quetta has issued notices to the Naib Tehsildars of Wadh and Quetta Saddar in connection with Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) case No. 65/25.
The court said that the accused, Akhtar Mengal and Bayazid Kharoti, have been declared absconders in the terrorism-related case. It directed the revenue officials to submit complete details of their movable and immovable properties before the next hearing on August 28.
