Quetta: Employees of the Quetta Metropolitan Corporation staged a rally today, August 11, to protest against the non-payment of their salaries. The workers gathered at the office and raised slogans demanding immediate release of their overdue wages.
Protesters expressed frustration over not receiving their salaries for this month, highlighting that they are struggling to pay essential bills such as gas, electricity, and even their children’s school fees.
The employees warned that if their salaries were not paid by tomorrow, August 14, they would stage a sit-in protest at the corporation office.
