Thousands of Complaints Received in NADRA Balochistan’s Live E-Kachehri

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Balochistan held a Live E-Kachehri to facilitate direct communication with citizens. Thousands of complaints and requests were received from across the province through phone calls and online comments.

Director General NADRA Balochistan, Naveed Jan Sahibzada, said the authority is advancing with modern technology and people-friendly policies to ensure better public service. “Our mission is to serve the people by providing maximum convenience and delivering quality services in the shortest possible time,” he stated during the session.

Most of the complaints related to the issuance and renewal of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), B-Forms, document verification, and other registration services.

DG NADRA listened attentively to the participants and issued on-the-spot directives to the officers present for immediate resolution of public issues. He assured that NADRA Balochistan will continue to expand such initiatives to improve accessibility and strengthen direct engagement with the people.
