Quetta: Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhail administered the oath of office to Ali Madad Jattak, a member of the Balochistan Assembly, as provincial minister during a ceremony held at the Governor House in Quetta.
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, provincial ministers, members of parliament, the Chief Secretary of Balochistan, and tribal elders.
According to sources, Ali Madad Jattak is likely to be assigned the portfolio of the Home Department, although an official notification regarding the allocation of ministries has yet to be issued.
The ceremony marked the latest addition to the provincial cabinet as the Balochistan government continues to strengthen its administrative structure amid ongoing governance and security challenges.
Further details regarding the distribution of portfolios are expected to be announced by the provincial government in the coming days.
