Motorway Police Holds Road Safety Awareness Seminar at BUITEMS Campus in Muslim Bagh

The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) organised a road safety awareness seminar at the BUITEMS campus in Muslim Bagh, Balochistan, to educate students about safe driving, traffic rules and responsible behaviour on roads.

The seminar was organised by the Road Safety Awareness Unit of N-50 Sector-I of the National Highways and Motorway Police. The campus director, assistant registrar and a large number of male and female students attended the event.

During the seminar, participants were briefed on the basic principles of road safety, safe driving practices and the responsibilities of different road users.

Special attention was given to pedestrian safety, safe road-crossing techniques and the importance of following traffic signs.

The participants were also informed about the use of safety equipment, road infrastructure and measures to reduce the risk of road accidents. The officials highlighted the importance of responsible behaviour by drivers and pedestrians in ensuring safer roads.

Students were further briefed on the importance of holding a valid driving licence, the procedure for obtaining one and the legal requirements for driving.

The session aimed to promote awareness of traffic laws and encourage students to adopt safe and responsible practices while using roads.

The seminar was part of the National Highways and Motorway Police’s road safety awareness efforts to promote traffic discipline and reduce road accidents through public education.
