Quetta: The Balochistan Bar Council has announced a boycott of judicial proceedings across the province today in protest against the blast that occurred during a Balochistan National Party (BNP) rally.
The council stated, “Balochistan has been under the shadow of terrorism for many years. Political forces must approach governance with love rather than hate.”
They further condemned the attack, saying, “The blast at the BNP rally was a deliberate attempt to push peaceful citizens into fire and blood. The failure of political forces essentially surrenders society to terrorists.”
The Bar Council called for unity and peaceful conduct in politics, emphasizing that society must not be destabilized by acts of violence.
