Islamabad/Quetta: The Supreme Court Bar of Pakistan has announced that it will convene an all-parties conference within the next ten days to address the situation in Balochistan following the Quetta suicide blast, according to SCB President Raouf Ata.
Speaking at a press conference in Islamabad, Ata highlighted the deteriorating law and order situation, saying, “Balochistan is facing serious security challenges, with national highways blocked and members of the provincial assembly unable to visit their constituencies.”
He added, “Currently, the province does not even have an Interior Minister. Serious and dedicated people must be appointed to address Balochistan’s longstanding issues.”
The conference aims to bring together political leaders and stakeholders to formulate practical solutions for improving governance, security, and overall stability in the province.
