Quetta: Governor Balochistan Jaffar Khan Mandokhail strongly condemned the Sariab Road suicide blast, calling the attackers “enemies of humanity.” Speaking during a press conference at Civil Hospital Quetta, he said, “The government will ensure that the killers receive the strictest punishment.”
He emphasized the importance of provincial security, stating, “Peace and law and order are primarily provincial matters. However, if the provincial government requires support, the federal government will assist.”
Governor Mandokhail also visited the injured at Civil Hospital, assuring, “If necessary, critically injured patients will be transferred to Karachi for advanced treatment.”
He praised the work of medical teams, saying, “I commend the Health Minister and doctors for their swift response and coverage during this crisis.”
The Governor further urged the public to contribute to maintaining peace, stating, “Everyone must play their part to ensure the province remains secure and calm.”
