Negotiations between the government and opposition parties concluded successfully at the Commissioner’s Office on the directive of Chief Minister Balochistan.As a goodwill gesture, the government delegation announced the release of political workers who had been arrested, along with the withdrawal of cases filed against party leaders and activists.
The opposition delegation agreed to hold rallies and gatherings strictly in line with comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) developed in coordination with the district administration.
The opposition leaders assured that all future activities would fully comply with the law, ensuring the protection of public property at all costs. They also pledged that no violent incidents or harmful actions would take place in the future.Opposition parties reiterated that their political activities will be carried out strictly in accordance with the agreed SOPs.
