Pakistan Army’s powerful and targeted response in the Spin Boldak–Chaman sector has compelled the Afghan Taliban to request a ceasefire, according to security sources.
Sources said the Pakistani forces are continuing precision strikes on Afghan Taliban and Fitna Al Khawarij positions, effectively neutralizing their assets along the border.
Multiple enemy posts and tanks were destroyed, inflicting heavy losses on the attackers.Security officials confirmed that the defeated Afghan Taliban elements are now resorting to disinformation, spreading fake videos on social media that falsely claim to show captured Pakistani military equipment. “These reports are completely baseless and fabricated,” the sources added.
They further stated that the Pakistan Army remains on high alert and fully prepared to counter any act of aggression from across the border. “The response to any hostile move will be sure, forceful, and one notch above,” the sources asserted.
