MWM condemns alleged attack on Iran’s supreme leader, warns US

Quetta: Leaders of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) on Sunday held a press conference in Quetta, strongly condemning what they described as an attack by “hostile forces” on Ali Khamenei and other figures.

Addressing the media, MWM Balochistan deputy president Allama Ali Hasnain Hussaini alleged that “disbelieving powers” had targeted Iran’s leadership and martyrs. He warned that if a religious decree (fatwa) were issued, supporters would rise against the United States, adding that they were prepared to make any sacrifice and would not fear for their lives.

Hussaini said the movement would work to “pave the way for the government of the Imam,” claiming that the ideology associated with Ali Khamenei “lives within us.” He further alleged that a Palestinian fighter had been martyred, asserting that Khamenei’s struggle had illuminated a path for the Muslim Ummah. He termed Donald Trump “the world’s biggest devil,” and described martyrdom as a guiding light for the Islamic world.

Speaking on the occasion, Allama Juma Asadi claimed that Iran had no material interest in Palestine and had made sacrifices purely for Islam. He warned that the United States would not be able to “breathe freely” and asserted that Muslims were united and would teach “satanic powers” a lesson they would remember.

Another speaker, Syed Nasir Ali Shah, urged Pakistan to formally condemn any alleged American attack on Iran and not remain silent, calling the situation a battle between truth and falsehood. He questioned the purpose of Pakistan’s nuclear capability if the country failed to stand up in such moments. Shah added that Iran was standing firm against the United States and Israel.
